Carrying of the ordered goods is included in the delivery fee. We do not carry the already assembled bulky products from the exposition or the half clearance department. 

The maximum order size: 500 kg or 6 m3. If it’s weight or volume is higher than the stated maximum value, the fee increases respectively (e.g., if it is 501 kg or more, it shall be paid as per two orders, and etc.).

We do not deliver live plants and Persian rugs.

Small order delivery

We fully understand that you don't just visit us to buy furniture. So if all that you want is some cute little things for your home, we can deliver your smaller purchases at a lower price.

Small order delivery price: 9,90 €.

Maximum order size: 30 kg.
If the weight of products in your shopping cart is higher than the stated maximum value (30,01 kg or more), the standard delivery fee is applied.
 
The service is available in the city areas of Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Panevėžys, Šiauliai, Alytus. It applies for all online store products marked with the truck icon.

We do not deliver food products, live plants and Persian rugs.

Picking with delivery

If you want to shop at IKEA without picking all the items yourself, we have the service just for you. Just submit your shopping list and our staff will find the products for you. The service is only available in the IKEA Vilnius store. The orders can be delivered to any place in Lithuania and Latvia.

Order handling fee
An additional order handling fee of 3.99 € is applied to orders under 100 € made online or at our pick-up and ordering points. We do not seek to benefit from this fee. It is only intended to cover part of the costs related to the warehouse systems maintenance and products handling.

At the IKEA Vilnius store:

1. Wait until you will be contacted via SMS for a time slot to collect the order.
2. After arriving at the store, print a ticket with your queuing number.
3. Wait until you are invited and say your order number “SO…” to the IKEA worker.
4. Wait for the IKEA worker to bring your order and invite you to pick it up.
5. Leave the shopping trolley in a dedicated place.

At IKEA pick-up and ordering point in Kaunas:

1. Wait until you will be contacted via SMS for a time slot to collect the order.
2. After arriving at the Pick-up point, print a ticket with your queuing number.

Wondering of how to make your home more stylish and functional? Let‘s shape your dreams together. You can order a project for one or more of your rooms, or for a whole place.

After having discussed your needs and dreams, we will give the details to one of our interior designers, so he/she can start preparing your project that includes:

Price
When ordering the service, an advance fee of 20 €/sq m is included in the final bill of project implementation. This means that if you decide to implement the proposed project and to purchase at least 70% of IKEA furniture and accessories, you will get the interior design service for free.

Payment
A pre-payment invoice for goods has to be paid by bank transfer within 15 working days.

Other conditions

• The service is valid for residential premises only.
• The interior design project can only be implemented in the prepared premises, where the necessary finishing works (floor, tiles, etc.) have already been done.
• If you decide to choose other furniture or colour combinations after receiving the interior plan, you can make it together with the interior designer.
• Our interior designers do not plan small interior solutions or provide furniture design services. You can do it yourself by using our online planning tools or taking advantage of our in-store consultation.

We at IKEA offer excellent design, diversity of styles, the quality and functionality you can really trust. Our interior designers are ready to prepare and finish design projects as well as give you inspiring tips and ideas on how to choose the furniture or set up your space, from offices and corporate premises to residential buildings, schools, shops, hotels, restaurants, and more.

Project implementation will be coordinated by your personal project manager. If you have any questions, you can always contact him or her.

After having discussed your needs and dreams, we will give the details to one of our interior designers. If it is necessary, together with the interior designer, we will come to your object in Lithuania to inspect the premises and hear your expectations, so that we can provide the most suitable solution.

Our interior designer will prepare a project that includes:

• interior plan and solutions,
• mood board,
• visualisations,
• list of products,
• detailed information about additional services.

You will receive all the material listed above by email together with a detailed commercial offer and project estimate.

The next stage is the installation of your space. All furniture will be delivered by the staff of our Logistics warehouse, while other specialists will take care of the assembly.

The service is available in Vilnius (IKEA store), Kaunas and Klaipėda (IKEA order and pick-up points).

Finance

Enjoy your purchases now and pay for them later. The services of instalment payment with the “Klix” solution is provided by AS “Citadele banka” Lithuania branch.

Who can buy goods using a loan?

• Any permanent resident of Lithuania.
• The borrower must have a permanent official monthly income.
• Age of the borrower: from 18 years.

Information about paying for a purchase using a loan:

• Loan amount: from 100 € to 15 000 €.
• Loan term: from 3 to 36 months.
• A qualified Smart-ID, AS “Citadele banka” internet bank or eSignature, as well as a passport or ID card are required for issuing a loan.

If the total amount of your shopping basket is 100 € or more, you can pay in instalments. The process consists of 6 simple steps.

At the IKEA Vilnius store:

1. Scan the QR code on the price tag. 
2. Authenticate.
3. Fill in application form. 
4. Receive an offer in 5 minutes.
5. Sign the agreement with Smart ID, AS “Citadele banka” internet bank or eSignature. After signing, you will receive an email with a barcode, which you will need to activate at the Return and Replacement Department (1st floor). 
6. Pay at the checkout by showing the barcode you have received and activated at the Return and Replacement Department.

At the IKEA pick-up and ordering points in Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai:

1. Scan the QR code on the price label. 
2. Authenticate.
3. Fill in application form.

Depending on the creditors' solvency assessment, you may be offered different terms than in this example (e.g. a different annual interest rate, contract fee, monthly payment amount, etc.). The loan origination service using “Klix” is provided by the AS “Citadele banka” Lithuania branch.
