We believe that breakfast with inspiring speakers is a guaranteed start to a good day. This is why we invite real estate developers and brokers to spend the morning of 8 April together. During the business breakfast, we will give an overview of the real estate and its prospects in Lithuania, learn about the role of artificial intelligence in real estate sales and management, and talk about IKEA business services as well as the benefits of cooperation. Come and get inspired!

• The future and changes in the real estate market: Raimondas Reginis, head of market research at “Ober-Haus”, will discuss the current issues and prospects of the real estate market.
• Real estate sales strategies with IKEA for business: a panel discussion with real estate broker Ignas Zabarauskas, “Anreka” deputy director for marketing and development Rimantė Beliašienė, IKEA B2B sales manager Aidas Bacevičius and IKEA interior designer Marija Neringa Dikčienė.
• Technology and innovation in the real estate: Antanas Bernatonis, founder of the artificial intelligence agency “Why AI”, will talk about the possibilities and future of AI in the real estate market.
• The future of AI in the real estate: a panel discussion with Antanas Bernatonis and real estate broker Mantas Mikočiūnas.

A special surprise: during the event, you'll be invited to sample dishes by Michelin chef Tadas Eidukevičius.
